PTFA Introduction Letter

Dear Parents,

Another school year is underway and the PTFA have already begun to organise the events for the year.

We really hope that you can join us and support the events.

Dates for your diary:

Movie Night	6^th Dec	£3 a child for ticket	3:30 – 5:30pm – buy tickets in advance. plain popcorn and squash and small bag of Haribo.
Christmas Fair	15^th Dec		lunch in school, then send home 12:30 – then return. 1pm – 3:30pm (Clear up from 3:00pm). - we need volunteers – don't put teachers on stalls. If outside, put teacher stalls inside.
Quiz night	31^st January 2024		non-alcohol refreshments – Fish and Chips for food. 6:30pm / 8:30pm
Easter week – Easter Raffle and Easter Egg Hunt.	Friday 22^nd March		Sell the raffle in advance – ask parents for donations – local businesses to donate Nursery Reception – 09:00-10 Years 1-3 – 10:00-11 Years 4-6 – 11-12 11:30 – Parade - Nursery 2:30 – PS2 - The above specific times need clarification.
Race for Life.	26^th April		Walk around local area Nursery Reception – complete laps of yard. Years 1-3 – 09:30-11:00 – Lake Years 4-6 – 1:00-2:30 – Lake
Boot sale	Sat 18^th May	£8 per car.	Drive car to car park – BBQ and sell food – Purchase a BBQ for this event (Take the funds from the Christmas Fair). To do – Refresh food hygiene (CC and GA) 10:00am-12:00am
