Complaints Procedure

St. David’s welcomes any parents/carers into school to discuss any concerns they may have. An appointment can be made via the school office and most issues can be resolved quickly.

In the unlikely event of the issue being unresolved, parents/carers have the right to take the matter to the governing body.

The school has a complaints policy which is accessible and includes the complaints procedure if required.
