I have worked at St David’s primary school for the last 15 years. I am very passionate about children’s well being, I particularly enjoy watching children thrive and develop through messy play. I am proud to be part of such a nurturing team.

Mrs Joanna Voisey
Teaching Assistant Reception am and Nursery pm
I taught for twelve years, six in Cyprus after which I came to Cardiff where I continued to teach until taking a break to focus on family. I'm delighted to be back in the lively environment of a primary school, and to be part of the team at St David's. I love the warm, caring family atmosphere of this school, so much so that I've entrusted the education of my own children to St David's.
Mrs Julia Rosser
Reception Teaching Assistant
I have worked here at St David's for a very long time, in fact since September 1995. At first it was only a part-time position of mornings only then in the afternoon I worked at St Teilo's High school in the special needs department covering years 7 to 10. It was in 1999 that I became full-time at St David's and have loved working across the Year groups from nursery to year 6. When I'm not at school I love to spend time with my family of two grown up sons and also enjoy reading, theatre trips and arts & craft work.
Miss Amy Williams
Reception Teaching Assistant
Attending a primary school myself, very similar to St David's, with the nurturing and family like ethos gave me such a solid foundation in the early years of my life, which in turn led me to have the enthusiasm and confidence to push myself to becoming the best at anything I set my mind to. This also made me determined to return the favour by encouraging children to believe in their abilities and aim to achieve their individual and unique strengths, while overcoming any difficulties and challenges they face at such a critical time in their lives.
I have been a part of St David’s CIW since 2013, working within a range of year groups, as well as the school office. Aside from school I train in Jujitsu, as well as attending the gym and most importantly spending precious time with my incredible family.
